Make a complaint about a business or seller

The most effective way to resolve a complaint is to talk to the business first. It is best to do this before lodging a formal complaint with us.

Use the form below if you are a Queensland consumer or are making a complaint about a Queensland business.

Or download and complete the paper complaint form (PDF, 120KB).

We will process your complaint and conduct any investigation in accordance with our Compliance and Enforcement Policy and Standards.

In these instances we will attempt to conciliate the matter with the trader on your behalf to have the matter resolved. See our complaint handling process.
