U-nited Warranties Pty Ltd has been placed in external administration by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission.
 
If you have sent your goods in for repair, and have been unable to contact U-nited Warranties to locate your item, you can lodge a complaint with the Office of Fair Trading.  Include as much detail as possible in your complaint, including full details of the item.
