Travel agents |
If your business involves arranging or selling travel (international or domestic), or combined travel and accommodation packages, you must be licensed as a travel agent to work in Queensland.
If you arrange or sell only domestic travel, or combined domestic travel and accommodation packages, and your turnover is less than $50 000 per year, you do not need a licence.
Travel is defined as air, bus and rail travel. It does not include same day travel (where a person starts from and returns to the same place on the same day).
