Renew a licence
We will send you a licence renewal notice approximately one month before your licence is due to expire.
If you would like us to send you another copy of this form, please call us.
Restore a licence
If your licence expires, you have to apply to restore it. We will send you a licence restoration notice when the licence expires. You will need to pay a $59.00 late fee which will be included in the fees listed on the notice.
Change details
We keep a register of licensees that any member of the public can access. Therefore, we need to keep the register up to date.
If your licence details change, write to our Industry Licensing Unit with the changes within 30 days.
You need to tell us if you change your:
- principal place of business or trading location
- additional branch locations, by completing Travel Agents Form 7 - Travel agent branch application (PDF, 477 KB)
- office holders and directors
- day-to-day operations manager, by completing Travel Agents Form 3 - Travel agents nominated manager (PDF, 204 KB)
- business names.
You must also tell the Travel Compensation Fund about the changes.
