We will send you a licence renewal notice approximately one month before your licence expires. We send the notice to the last address that you provided to us.
If you need us to send you another copy of this form, or you think your form has been sent to the wrong address, please call us or write to our Industry Licensing Unit.
If your licence has already expired, you will need to apply for a new licence.
You cannot work on an expired licence unless you lodged your renewal application before the expiry date.
