- $50 000 for the first offence
- $70 000 fine or six months imprisonment for the second offence
- $100 000 fine or 18 months imprisonment for the third offence.
A company that operates unlicensed in the security industry faces penalties of up to:
- $250 000 fine for the first offence
- $350 000 fine for the second offence
- $500 000 fine for the third offence.
Anyone who hires an unlicensed security provider faces penalties of up to:
- $50 000 fine for the first offence
- $70 000 fine or six months imprisonment for the second offence
- $100 000 fine or 18 months imprisonment for the third offence.
