Cancelling your licence

If you hold a current licence and are convicted of a disqualifying offence, we will automatically cancel your licence. You cannot appeal the cancellation, and you will be penalised if you work unlicensed. You will be ineligible for a licence for ten years from your conviction date.

If you are found guilty of a disqualifying offence, but conviction is not recorded, you may be asked to justify why your licence should not be cancelled.
