Search the register

We maintain a public list of all registered limited partnerships in Queensland.

You can search for unincorporated and incorporated limited partnerships or obtain photocopies of documents.

You can do a search in person at our of our offices or by contacting our Registration Services branch.

Fees

• Search for an incorporated limited partnership (ILP): $11.10 per partnership
• Search for an unincorporated limited partnership (ULP): No fee
• Photocopy of information in the register for an ILP: $9.70 per page
• Photocopy of information in the register for ULP: No fee
• Certified copy of information in the register for ILP: $18.00 per page
• Applying for a certificate for an ILP: $18.00 per certificate
