Search the cooperatives register |
We maintain a register of registered cooperatives.
You can request:
- a computer extract from the register
- a search of a cooperative file which also shows detailed financial reports.
You cannot request a computer extract for a deregistered cooperative. However, you can search the cooperative's file.
Computer extract
You can request:
- registration details, such as name and date of registration
- names and addresses of directors
- address of the registered office
- registered charges (if any).
Search of a cooperative file
You can request:
- registration details, such as name and date of registration
- names and addresses of directors
- address of the registered office
- registered charges (if any
- cooperative rules
- audited financial reports.
Doing the search
We usually do the search within 48 hours of receiving the search request. Any copies of file documents are available for a fee.
Search: $14.30
Document copies: $7.10 for the first page, and $1.25 for each other page.
You can do your search in person at one of our offices, or send our Registration Services branch a written request.
