To reappoint a real estate agent, pastoral house or auctioneer to buy or sell property on your behalf for another defined period as the sole or exclusive agency. Do not use this form if the first appointment period has already finished.

PAMD Form 30c - Warning statement (PDF, 210 KB)
New PAMD Form 30c effective 1 October 2010. Real estate agents must attach this warning statement to sales contracts. It lets buyers know their rights to a cooling-off period and recommends buyers get independent property valuations and legal advice.
