If you want to work in the real estate sector in Queensland you will need to:

• be at least 18 years old
• be employed by a licensed real estate agency, property developer, auction house or resident letting agency
• complete a number of real estate related subjects recognised by us
• be registered by us.

Some jobs also require a licence, such as real estate agents and on-site property managers.
