Consultation on national licensing reforms have now closed. The details of the proposed national licensing reforms were released through July, August and September for public consultation.
The consultation canvassed views on a range of topics, including:

categories of licence that should be offered
-
eligibility criteria for each licence category
-
training requirements (qualifications) for each licence category.
The COAG National Occupational Licensing Taskforce is now analysing submissions. This will inform the development of the final legislative package and Decision Regulation Impact Statements
