Anyone buying or selling used cars as a business in Queensland must register with us. This is no minimum or maximum number of cars that a person must buy or sell before they are considered to be in the 'business' of a motor dealer. If you are unsure whether you need a licence, please contact us.
Some jobs require a licence, while others require a certificate of registration. You may need an individual licence and/or a corporate licence.
