	Land Sales Act Form 1 - Notice to purchaser of proposed lot (PDF, 177 KB) The seller must give this notice to buyer before entering into a contract, for the purchase of a proposed lot covered by the Land Sales Regulation 2000, extending the period of time within which the title must be given.
	Land Sales Act Form 2 - Application for exemption (PDF, 423 KB) This exemption allows the seller of a proposed subdivision to sell the allotment before it has official development approval.
