Display your licence

You must display your licence in a place that is easy to see when customers enter your premises. You must also show your licence to any customer that asks.
 
You must display your name and description as a licensee in letters at least 1.5 cm high in a conspicuous position.

You must tell buyers that you are a licensed motor dealer, even if you are selling privately.
