The Right to Information Act 2009 (RTA Act) became law on 1 July 2009.
Our disclosure log contains a summary of the documents released in response to non-personal Right to Information (RTI) applications under the RTI Act.
As OFT services are administered by the Department of Justice and Attorney-General (DJAG), documents released under the Act are progressively published on the DJAG disclosure log.
How to access released documents
You can obtain copies of documents relating to OFT released in the DJAG disclosure log by writing to the Right to Information and Privacy Unit.
