Uncollected goods |
If you take goods to a business for repair, inspection, storage or other treatment, and you do not collect the goods, the business can sell them to recover their costs.
Businesses can sell uncollected goods six months after the date they were ready for you to collect.
If a business sends you a letter about uncollected goods, you should contact them immediately and make arrangements to pay for and collect your goods.
