Licence check

We keep a public register of all licensed commerial agents. You can search this register online for free.

If you need a record of your search, you will need to call us. A record of your search will cost $14.00. The record will show the:

• name of each person who holds the licence
• registered business name (if any) and registered place of business
• status of the licence, such as current, expired, refused, cancelled or suspended
• licence number and class.

We can send your licence extract to you within 10 working days.
