Changes to constitution or committee
To make any changes to the association´s constitution or its management committee, advise us in writing. The amendment must be certified as a true copy by two members of the management committee.
There is no fee to make these changes and no specific form to complete. We usually process the changes within a month.
Changes to name
If you change the charity´s name after registration, you must provide a copy of the resolution to change the name certified by two management committee members.
You must also return the original certificate of registration. We will issue you a new certificate after we register the name change.
