The Office of Fair Trading (OFT) is warning consumers against dealing with steel kit home suppliers ASK Homes Enterprises Pty Ltd, ISK Homes Pty Ltd, Global Home Solutions, their director Jessica Hannah Wilson and her associate Mathew Bradley Willaims (note spelling).

Fair Trading has received complaints from consumers who paid money for kit homes which have not been delivered within a reasonable time.

Fair Trading has also referred a number of complaints regarding the sale of Global Home Solutions franchises to its Commonwealth counterparts.

Last year the Building Services Authority immediately suspended and subsequently cancelled the licence of MBW Group Developments Pty Ltd on the grounds its director Mathew Willaims was not a fit and proper person to exercise control or influence over a company that holds a BSA licence.

The BSA also issued a warning on 5 April 2011 about dealing with Global Home Solutions.

Any consumers who feel they have suffered a loss through any of the following businesses or who have information which may assist investigations should contact the Office of Fair Trading.
