ACL resources |
GermanFrenchA number of resources have been produced to help both businesses and consumers understand the ACL.
Seminars
A number of question and answer factsheets are available for businesses and consumers. These questions were raised during the ACL seminars held around Queensland in early 2011.
Please note that these factsheets intend to explain the Australian Consumer Law in simple language. They should not be used as a substitution for the legislation.
The factsheets are on:
- Consumer guarantees
- Sales practices (pricing and lay-bys)
- Unsolicited consumer agreements
- Unfair contract terms
- ACL definitions, legislation and product safety reporting
