Competition and Consumer (Australian Consumer Law) Amendment Regulations 2010

On 24 September 2010, the Commonwealth Treasury, on behalf of the Standing Committee of Officials of Consumer Affairs, released a draft of the Competition and Consumer Amendment (Australian Consumer Law) Regulations 2010 for public consultation.

These regulations form part of the Australian Consumer Law. The ACL is scheduled to commence as a law of the Commonwealth and each state and territory on 1 January 2011. Submissions closed on 13 October 2010.
