Research an Incorporated Association |
We keep a public register where you can request information about incorporated associations.
The Queensland Charities and Associations Online Register indicates whether a charity is registered to fundraise in Queensland or if an association is incorporated in Queensland.
You can request a search on a specific incorporated association to find its:
- annual returns
- incorporated association rules
- rule changes
- name changes
- management committee membership changes.
You need to pay a $6.10 fee to search the file of a specific incorporated association. Searches can be performed in person in Brisbane. Our files are kept off site so we will need 5 to 7 business days to obtain them. You will be contacted when the file is available. You may write down any information from the file or make copies from the file for a fee of $2.90 per page.

An extract includes:
- the current name of the incorporated association

You may send a fax to our Registration Services branch to request an extract for an $19.50 fee. You must provide us with authorisation to debit your credit card. Processing takes five working days if you do not apply in person by visiting one of our offices.
